Today, Andrew Rosindell M.P., alongside Cllr. Viddy Persuad, Cllr. Judith Holt, and Cllr. Keith Prince A.M., attended a public gathering at Coronation Gardens to commemorate those who were murdered by the Nazi regime during the Holocaust.
Commenting about the occasion on social media, Andrew Rosindell M.P. said the following:
It was a cold and rainy Sunday afternoon in Romford yesterday, but deeply moving, as community leaders and members of the public gathered for the Holocaust Memorial Day commemorations at the Coronation Gardens, with the traditional lighting of candles to remember the victims of the Holocaust and other genocides and a pledge to work for a better world, where we can all live in peace and freedom and have respect for a human beings.
