Rush Green and Crowlands Ward is an electoral ward in the London Borough of Havering, created in 2022 by combining the communities of Rush Green and Crowlands, as well as the west side of Mawney Road near Cottons Park. The ward returns three councillors to Havering Council. Rush Green, situated to the west of Romford, straddles the boundary of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and Havering.

Rush Green, the place of my birth, lies to the west of the constituency, along with the London Road, the home of Romford's famous Greyhound Stadium and the Brooklands area, once the home of the Romford Football Club. I hope that one day, in the not too distant future, Romford will again proudly compete with the great clubs in our national game, and today, Romford F.C. has a Member of Parliament who will fight their corner.
Andrew Rosindell during his Maiden Speech in Parliament, 17th July 2001

Governmentally, Rush Green is divided between Eastbrook Ward in Barking and Dagenham and Rush Green and Crowlands Ward in Havering, electing councillors to both borough councils and falling under parliamentary constituencies of Dagenham and Rainham and, of course, Romford. Andrew has long thought this division to be antiquated and unnecessarily dividing communities.

I was born in a place called Rush Green, a community within Romford but divided by a nonsensical local government boundary that splits one side of the area from the other, leaving half of it in Havering and the other in Barking and Dagenham.
Andrew Rosindell M.P., House of Commons, Local Government Reform: Greater London, Wednesday 17th October 2018

The central part of Rush Green is located at the crossroads of Rush Green Road and Dagenham Road, with shops and businesses around the junction. Parts of the district extend into Barking and Dagenham, housing Barking and Dagenham College and Rush Green Library.

Transport options include Romford railway station and Dagenham East tube station.

Notably, Rush Green has been the training ground for West Ham United F.C. since December 2015. The women's team also uses Rush Green for home matches. Also, Rush Green is the home of Romford's greyhound stadium - a local landmark.

Greyhound racing is one of the most popular spectator sports in the United Kingdom. Coming from Romford, I am aware of that. The huge number of local people from all over east London and Essex who come to Romford greyhound stadium love the greyhounds. They do not just come to watch them race; they adore the greyhounds and raise a lot of money for their welfare at Romford stadium.

Crowlands, within the ward, has historical significance dating back to the 15th century. The hamlet was centred around Crow Lane and Jutsums Lane, with Crown Farm being of late-16th-century origin. Crown Cottages were built in 1869, and London Road school, later Crowlands school, was established in 1908.
